| August 5, 2018 | Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) | The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) is a 10-item screening tool developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to assess alcohol consumption, drinking behaviors, and alcohol-related problems. It is unique in that is has been normed with a multinational sample showing high reliability in scores; meaning it safe to use globally and is available in many languages. Both a clinician-administered and a self-report version of the AUDIT are provided via this link, as well as scripts to introduce the tool via oral interview and questionnaire.
